FINE ART PRINTS AND HOLOGRAPHIC PRINTS
Each piece is individually produced, signed, and carefully packaged by the artist in Brasília, Brazil.
Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be prepared and shipped.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
Delivery times vary according to destination and shipping method.
Estimated timeframe: 5–15 business days
SHIPPING
Shipping rates start from US$39.00 and are calculated at checkout.
POSTERS
Posters are printed and shipped through Printful. They’ve got facilities worldwide, so your order is produced closer to you for faster delivery.
DELIVERY
Production takes 3–7 business days, then it ships out.
Estimated delivery:
- USA: 3–4 days
- Europe: 6–8 days
- Australia: 2–14 days
- Japan: 4–8 days
- Everywhere else: 10–20 days
REFUNDS
Refunds are issued only in cases where an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Please contact support@cajucart.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and supporting images. Each case is handled with care and attention.
RETURNS
Due to the nature of limited and made-to-order works, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

IMPORT FEES
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes.
These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not included in the order total.
Policies vary by country, so please check with your local authorities for more information.
TRACKING
You’ll get a tracking link by email once your order ships.
DELIVERY ISSUES
If your order has not arrived, I recommend:

- Contacting your local postal service
- Checking with neighbors or reception

If the address was entered wrong, I can resend it, but shipping costs will be on you.
