All orders are fulfilled through Printful, our trusted print-on-demand partner. With production facilities worldwide, your order will be printed and shipped from the location that ensures the fastest and most efficient delivery.
DELIVERY
When will I receive my order?
Please allow 3–5 business days for production before shipping. Estimated delivery times vary by region:
- USA: 3–4 business days
- Europe: 6–8 business days
- Australia: 2–14 business days
- Japan: 4–8 business days
- Other locations: 10–20 business days
Where will my order ship from?
Orders are fulfilled and shipped from the facility closest to your location, depending on availability and efficiency.
Will I be charged customs fees?
International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more details.
My order hasn’t arrived—what should I do?
Before reaching out, please:
- Double-check your shipping confirmation email for address accuracy
- Contact your local post office
- Check with neighbors in case the package was delivered nearby

I received a damaged or incorrect item—what now?
We’re sorry about that. Please email us within 7 days of delivery at support@cajucart.com, including:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- Any relevant details
We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Do you accept returns?
As each item is made to order, we don’t offer returns or exchanges. However, if there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help—just reach out.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are issued only for items that arrive damaged or incorrect. If this applies, please contact us with photos and your order details, and we’ll take care of it.
Can I exchange an item for a different size or variant?
We don’t offer exchanges at this time. To ensure the best fit, please review the sizing charts available on each product page.
If your item was mislabeled or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos—we’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.
